We are hiring a Senior Technical Lead with strong experience in Java Full Stack Development and Embedded Networking. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in backend development, networking concepts, and technical leadership, along with experience driving end-to-end software delivery.

• Lead and mentor development teams.

• Work on embedded networking and protocol implementation.
• Perform code reviews and ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for project delivery.
• Drive technical discussions, solution design, and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Embedded Firmware Development.
• Knowledge of Linux-based Embedded Systems.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
