A technically strong and self-driven professional capable of independently leading embedded defence projects from concept to customer acceptance, while coordinating technical teams, documentation, testing and certification activities.

Educational Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EEE

MSc Electronics

ME/MTECH/PHD & BE/B.TECH in ECE/EEE

Experience

● More than 8+ years of experience in embedded software/hardware engineering or similar role

● 5 years of experience with development and troubleshooting on embedded targets

● project execution experience in prototype and product level

● Knowledge over developing PCBs involving 32-bit microcontrollers,64-bit processors.

(ARM cortex family, Arduino, STM32 series development boards).

● Knowledge over PCB designing software.

● Knowledge of OS coding techniques (ubuntu,centos,linux), IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems

● End to end coordination of embedded projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions for embedded and defence-electronics projects.
• Lead and monitor projects from requirement definition through design, development, integration, testing and acceptance.
• Guide embedded hardware/software teams and independently resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, project plans, ATPs and defence-related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and certification agencies for technical reviews, testing and approvals.
• Support product certification, licensing and implementation of ISO/AS9100 quality requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and overall technical execution.

Should be able to work on end-to-end documentation for submission of defence proposals

Should be ready to travel.

Should work as an independent contributor.
