What they need

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based products.
Work extensively with SPM Microcontrollers for firmware development and debugging.
Design, develop, test, and optimize embedded software using Embedded C.
Interface microcontrollers with sensors, actuators, displays, motors, and other peripherals.
Develop and integrate communication protocols such as UART, SPI, IC, CAN, RS-232/RS-485, etc.
Perform hardware-software integration and troubleshooting.
Debug firmware using programmers, debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other test equipment.
Analyze and resolve firmware and system-level issues.
Participate in product development from requirement analysis through testing and validation.
Prepare software design documents, test reports, and technical documentation.
Optimize firmware for memory usage, processing speed, reliability, and power consumption.
Support prototype development, testing, verification, and product releases.
Follow coding standards, version control, and software development best practices.
