Embedded Software Engineer NXP MCU

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in NXP Microcontrollers (MCUs) for automotive embedded software development.

The candidate will be responsible for software development, configuration, integration, debugging, and testing of embedded applications and low-level MCU software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software for automotive MCU platforms.
• Work on NXP Microcontrollers and related peripheral modules.
• Develop software using Embedded C.
• Perform MCU peripheral configuration, integration, and debugging.
• Work with AUTOSAR MCAL / BSW components, if applicable.
• Analyze software requirements and convert them into technical/software designs.
• Perform coding, debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and issue resolution.
• Debug embedded software using tools such as CANoe, Lauterbach, GDB, or equivalent.
• Work with automotive communication protocols such as CAN / LIN / SPI / I2C / UART.
• Collaborate with system, hardware, and validation teams.
• Analyze defects and implement corrective actions.
• Follow automotive software development processes and coding standards.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C
• Experience with NXP MCU / Microcontrollers
• Good understanding of Microcontroller architecture and peripherals
• Experience in MCU driver / low-level embedded software development
• Knowledge of CAN / LIN / SPI / I2C / UART
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience in automotive embedded software development
