Embedded System Engineer (Trainer)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Embedded Systems Trainer to instruct, mentor, and prepare CS/IT and Electronics trainees for industry roles. You will be responsible for delivering interactive, project-based training covering low-level hardware programming, microcontroller architectures, and real-time operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical classroom and lab training on Embedded C/C++ and microcontroller programming.
• Guide students through hands-on projects involving hardware interfacing (sensors, actuators, displays, motors).
• Teach communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN) and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) concepts.
• Conduct regular code reviews, assess trainee projects, and prepare students for technical interviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++, data structures for embedded systems, and assembly language basics.
• Hardware & Tools: Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, ARM Cortex-M, AVR, or PIC) and IDEs.
• Protocols & OS: Deep understanding of UART, SPI, I2C, PWM, ADC/DAC, and FreeRTOS.
• Tooling: Familiarity with hardware debugging tools (Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters).
• Experience: 2+ years of industry experience in relevant field with strong communication and teaching capabilities.
