What they need
- Embedded QA Engineer with solid expertise in testing embedded devices and firmware.
- Bachelor s degree in electrical Engineer, Computer engineering or equivalent; focused on embedded systems domain
- 4+ years of experience in testing of Embedded Software on various Target hardware
- Experience working with and testing Embedded Applications using Serial Protocols- CAN, OSI 7-layer model, I2C RS-232, RS-485, SPI.
- Experience creating comprehensive Test plans and test cases to achieve Maximum test coverage.
- demonstrated strong capabilities in test design, defect management, and debugging, and is proficient with tools such as QXDM, QPST, QFIL, and ADB. His experience working with embedded devices makes him a good fit for this role
- In depth understanding of Linux Internals, IPC Mechanisms, Scheduling and Linux Commands and Linux Device Drivers
- Ability to think out of the Box and produce test scenarios designed to challenge the functional limits of the implemented Software.
