Embedded Validation Engineer

Required Skills

• Strong background in machine learning fundamentals, including deep learning, large language models, and recommender systems

• Strong experience in validation processes, defect management, and the software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Strong knowledge of Ubuntu and Yocto Linux environments

• Experience working with open-source frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX Runtime

• Experience in profiling machine learning workloads

• Prior experience executing validation plans for AI/ML compute stacks such as HIP, CUDA, OpenCL, OpenVINO, ONNX Runtime, and TensorFlow/PyTorch integrations

• Experience validating end-to-end AI pipelines, including:

• Model conversion (e.g., PyTorch to ONNX)

• Inference runtimes (e.g., ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, ROCm/HIP)

• Compilers and toolchains (e.g., TVM, Vitis AI, XDNA, XLA)

• Kernel execution, memory transfers, and inference result validation

• Strong Python programming skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and creative approach

• Experience with production-level software quality assurance practices, methodologies, and procedures

• Strong ownership of deliverables, excellent communication skills, and experience working with global teams
