We specialize in harnessing the power of generative AI and machine learning to drive operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and optimize customer engagement.

In addition to enterprise solutions, we are conducting two rounds of development on embodied humanoid robotics, focusing on adaptive control systems and intelligent learning platforms. Leveraging proprietary technologies such as Genetic Fuzzy Tree adaptive control, high‑performance robotic simulation, and embodied AI experimentation, this role directly contributes to our mission of integrating AI-driven robotics research with practical applications, enabling scalable solutions for robot balance, posture, locomotion, and whole‑body control.

Job Responsibilities

1. Research & Literature Review: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to stay abreast of the latest advancements in humanoid robotics, reinforcement learning, optimal control, and evolutionary algorithms, and integrate relevant findings into the project.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI, software engineering, and product teams to translate R&D outcomes into practical robotics demonstrations and commercial-ready solutions for educational and industrial applications.

3. Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead cutting-edge research in adaptive robotic control, focusing on the application of Genetic Fuzzy Trees (GFTs) for whole-body control of humanoid and autonomous robotic systems.

4. Simulation & Experimentation: Develop and maintain high-performance physics-based robotic simulations (e.g., NVIDIA Isaac Sim/Lab) to train, test, and validate control policies for locomotion, balancing, and object manipulation.

5. Data Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct rigorous performance evaluation of controllers (conventional, neural, and genetic-fuzzy) against metrics such as stability, tracking accuracy, disturbance recovery, and computational efficiency.

6. Project Planning & Execution: Contribute to the overall project roadmap, ensuring milestones are met according to the R&D work plan and timeline.

Requirements

1. PhD, Master, or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Control Systems, or related STEM disciplines.

2. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in robotics control, fuzzy artificial intelligence, Genetic Algorithms, reinforcement learning, or adaptive systems.

3. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, Go, R, JavaScript, Scala, or Ruby.

4. Experience with SQL, SAS, or other database tools for data mining.

5. Strong communication skills in English; Chinese advantageous.

6. Visa sponsorship available for technically strong overseas candidates.
