Embroidery Machine Operator (Afternoon Shift - Flexible hours/days)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Afternoon Shift - flexible on days/hours

**Spanish required**

Responsibilities:

• Operate Barudan and Tajima embroidery machines
• Hoop and prepare garments for production
• Load designs, select thread colors, and set up jobs
• Monitor stitching and resolve production issues
• Check embroidery placement, quality, and accuracy
• Trim, finish, fold, and organize completed garments
• Keep machines and the production area clean

Requirements:

• Professional embroidery experience is required
• Must know how to operate Barudan and/or Tajima machines
• Spanish fluency required for daily team communication
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
