Embroidery Machine Operator - Apparel Production

SNAG is an online clothing retailer based in Denver, CO. We offer a wide selection of curated vintage apparel and accessories as well as our own premium quality, small-batch custom creations for both consumers and businesses. We operate multiple embroidery and sewing machines in our production studio where we create and curate apparel with a predominant focus on headwear. Role Description:

We're looking for someone to join our team either full-time or part-time. The Embroidery Operator will be responsible for running one of our brand new Barudan 6-Head or 8-Head Embroidery Machines. 2 to 3-year experience is required.

The main focus for the role will be completing production runs- majority caps for wholesale customers. The position will also include finishing and preparing goods for our retail sales floor and online fulfillment, as well as general operating tasks such as organizing and cleaning the embroidery area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup machine, change thread colors, and change needles
• Produce quality embroidery that matches approved samples
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments and trims
• General machine maintenance (oiling, grease, cleaning lint, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2+ years of Multi-Head Embroidery Machine Operating Experience
• Must be able to work fast under tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus:

• Experience with basic digitizing
• Creative minded and willing to contribute to design ideas for commission-based products
