Embroidery Machine Operator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom designs on various textiles. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments and possess a strong focus on precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate embroidery machines according to specified design requirements
• Load and unload fabric or garments onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and tension
• Monitor machine operation to maintain quality standards throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating embroidery or similar manufacturing machinery is preferred
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions as required
