Embroidery Machine Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction and a strong understanding of sewing machines. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring high-quality fabrication of garments while maintaining efficiency and safety in the warehouse environment.

Duties

• Operate and maintain sewing machines to fabricate garments according to specifications.
• Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, sewing, and finishing processes.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to design standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in garment construction and operating sewing machines is preferred.
• Familiarity with fabric types and their properties is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
