Responsibilities

• Set up embroidery machines according to design specifications, including loading threads, stabilizers, and digitized files
• Operate embroidery machines efficiently to produce high-quality embroidered products with precision and consistency
• Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for quality standards, including stitch accuracy, color matching, and overall appearance
• Maintain accurate production records and document any machine adjustments or repairs needed
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with embroidery machines or textile manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality craftsmanship
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine issues effectively
