We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products. Your role will involve working with various materials, following design specifications, and ensuring efficient production processes. This is a hands-on position that requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

• Set up embroidery machines, including selecting appropriate needles, threads, and fabrics.
• Load design files and ensure proper alignment and positioning of materials.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and adjust settings as needed.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products for quality, making necessary adjustments or repairs as required.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production, including materials used and completed orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new embroidery techniques, and machine advancements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in embroidery machine operation is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator.
• Proficiency in operating computerized embroidery machines and related software.
• Strong knowledge of different fabrics, threads, needles, and embroidery techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret design specifications and follow instructions.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating embroidery dimensions.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet production targets.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials if necessary.
