We're looking for an experienced Embroidery Machinist to join our friendly team at WTC Workwear in Milton Keynes.

If you have experience operating commercial embroidery machines, an eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you!

At WTC Workwear, we specialise in supplying and personalising workwear, uniforms, teamwear and branded clothing for businesses, organisations and individuals. With our own in-house embroidery and printing facilities, we're proud to deliver quality products with a personal service.

The Role

You'll be working within our embroidery department, helping to produce professionally branded garments for a wide variety of customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and maintaining commercial embroidery machines
• Hooping garments and preparing items for embroidery
• Setting up embroidery jobs and monitoring production
• Checking finished garments to ensure high-quality results
• Trimming, finishing and preparing completed garments
• Working efficiently to meet customer orders and deadlines
• Helping to keep the embroidery department organised and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating commercial embroidery machines
• Confidence with hooping, garment positioning and embroidery preparation
• Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A reliable, organised and positive approach to work

Previous commercial embroidery experience is preferred, as we're looking for someone who can confidently get involved in production.
