What they need
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Embroidery Machine Operator - flexible hours/days (weekend shifts might be available) 3-9pm
**Spanish required**
Responsibilities:
- Operate Barudan and Tajima embroidery machines
- Hoop and prepare garments for production
- Load designs, select thread colors, and set up jobs
- Monitor stitching and resolve production issues
- Check embroidery placement, quality, and accuracy
- Trim, finish, fold, and organize completed garments
- Keep machines and the production area clean
Requirements:
- Professional embroidery experience is required
- Must know how to operate Barudan and/or Tajima machines
- Spanish fluency required for daily team communication
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
