As our operations continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and organized Inventory & Warehouse team member to support daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory, and help keep products and materials organized and moving efficiently.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to oversee and lead the daily operations of our embroidery department. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of commercial embroidery experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high production and quality standards. Experience with embroidery digitizing is preferred

Our facility is located in Stafford, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate single-head Melco EMT16X embroidery machines with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are consistently met.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Review production files and work with the digitizer to ensure quality DST files are production-ready.
• Perform daily, weekly, and preventative maintenance on embroidery equipment.
• Manage inventory of thread, backing, bobbins, needles, and other embroidery supplies.
• Communicate production status and any equipment or scheduling issues to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe embroidery work area.
• Assist with scheduling workflow and prioritizing jobs to maximize department efficiency.
• Supervise and support embroidery team members while maintaining a positive, productive work environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to multitask and manage production priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to troubleshoot embroidery equipment and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Experience with embroidery digitizing software (DesignShop, Wilcom, Pulse, or similar) is a plus.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production or embroidery environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
