This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team within a growing business where quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

As an Embroidery Operative, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality embroidered garments for a wide range of customers. Working with industrial multi-head embroidery machines, you'll ensure every order is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with our production team to meet customer deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running embroidery jobs efficiently to meet production targets
  • Carrying out quality checks throughout the embroidery process
  • Troubleshooting minor machine issues such as thread breaks and tension adjustments
  • Reporting maintenance requirements when necessary
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer orders are completed on time

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience operating industrial multi-head embroidery machines is a must
  • The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment
  • Knowledge of embroidery software (Wilcom experience is an advantage but not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Experience hooping and framing a variety of garment types
  • Good problem-solving skills and confidence troubleshooting embroidery machines
  • A reliable, positive, and proactive approach to work

Transferable skills include:

  • Experience working with embroidery machines or garment decoration equipment
  • Heat press experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working with machinery
  • The ability to follow production processes accurately
  • A practical, hands-on approach
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn

If you're eager to develop new skills and build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • Full training for the right candidate
  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Monday to Friday working – no weekend shifts
  • A friendly and supportive team environment
  • Opportunities to develop your embroidery and production skills
  • Long-term career prospects within a growing business
  • Competitive pay with overtime opportunities where available

Why Join Us?

We're proud of the quality of our work and the people who make it happen. We believe in developing our team, recognising hard work, and creating a positive workplace where everyone can contribute and grow.
