We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Embroidery Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help produce high-quality embroidered apparel while supporting daily production, customer service, and general shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial embroidery and sewing machines accurately and safely
• Prepare garments and materials for embroidery production
• Assist with machine setup, including threading, hooping, and loading designs
• Measure, cut, and position materials according to job specifications
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, placement, and overall quality
• Assist with garment sewing, seam construction, and other finishing processes
• Organize and handle apparel, fabric, supplies, and completed orders carefully
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Assist with applying DTF transfers as needed
• Work with team members to complete projects accurately and on schedule
• Help customers in person when needed
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with basic customer inquiries
• Support other production and shop responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience operating embroidery machines, industrial sewing machines, or serging equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to take accurate measurements and follow job specifications
• Familiarity with garment construction, sewing, embroidery, or fabric cutting
• Understanding of production safety and quality-control procedures
• Ability to handle apparel and production materials carefully
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable assisting customers and answering phone calls
• Previous production, warehouse, or apparel-decorating experience is preferred

Bonus Skills

• Graphic design experience
• Sales or customer-service experience
• Experience with DTF transfers or other apparel-decoration methods
