We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Production Assistant to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the embroidery production process by preparing materials, operating embroidery machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout each stage of production. Your enthusiasm and precision will help us deliver high-quality embroidered products that meet our clients’ expectations. Responsibilities

• Assist with fabric and material handling, ensuring proper storage and preparation for embroidery processes
• Operate industrial embroidery machines safely and efficiently, maintaining optimal machine performance
• Measure fabric materials and finished products using precise measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions
• Support manual cutting of fabric and materials according to specified patterns and measurements
• Monitor quality standards in production by inspecting embroidered items for defects, color consistency, and stitching accuracy
• Maintain safety standards in production areas by following proper procedures and using safety equipment at all times
• Collaborate with team members on seam construction, garment sewing, and upholstery tasks as needed to support overall manufacturing flow

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience or manufacturing background preferred, especially within textile or apparel industries
• Familiarity with sewing techniques including garment construction, sewing machine operation, serging, and seam construction
• Knowledge of embroidery processes, machine operation, and related technical skills preferred but not required—training will be provided
• Experience handling measuring instruments and performing dimensional measurements accurately
• Understanding of fabric materials, upholstery basics, and safety standards in production environments is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently with industrial sewing machines, sewing machines, and other manufacturing tools in a fast-paced setting

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
