Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Embroidery Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction, sewing, and operating sewing machines within a production environment. Duties

• Operate embroidery machines to apply designs accurately onto various garments and textiles
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring embroidery is correctly aligned and free of defects
• Set up and troubleshoot embroidery equipment to maintain efficient production flow
• Assist with garment construction tasks as needed, including sewing and finishing processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to adhere to safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations
• Support inventory management by tracking supplies and materials used during embroidery processes

Qualifications

• Prior experience with sewing machines and garment construction is preferred
• Knowledge of embroidery techniques and machine operation is highly desirable
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control
• Ability to operate industrial sewing equipment safely and efficiently
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory management
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Prior experience in manufacturing or related fields will be considered an asset
