Embryologist Trainee / Laboratory Technician

Prolivfic A.R.T. Centre is committed to providing high-quality fertility care. We are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our professional laboratory team.

Job Duties:

· Perform routine IVF laboratory procedures, including ovum pick-up (OPU), embryo and oocyte cryopreservation and thawing, and frozen embryo transfer (FET).

· Conduct andrology investigations and procedures such as semen assessment, sperm cryopreservation and thawing, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and sperm DNA fragmentation testing.

· Participate in advanced procedures including Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and embryo biopsy (training will be provided for motivated candidates without prior experience).

· Adhere to and help maintain rigorous quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and standard operating procedures to ensure the highest standards of lab services.

· Perform occasional Sunday and public holiday duties as required by patient treatment schedules.

· Utilize IT applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) for data entry, record keeping, and reporting (proficiency is highly preferred).

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.

· Prior experience in an andrology and/or embryology laboratory is highly advantageous, but fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds will also be considered.

· Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

· Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
