EMD (Engineering and Maintenance) Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The EMD Manager is responsible for managing the department, its employees, and daily activities. The position also oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for plant operations, equipment, and facilities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge gained through education and work experience
• Must be a Board Exam passer with a valid PRC License
• Holder of a valid Driver’s License
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and moral character
• Preferably with NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM)
• Background or experience in Feed Mill Operations is an advantage
