Working closely with regional facilities coordinators and senior stakeholders, you will play a critical role in creating safe, efficient, and engaging workplaces that support our employees and business across multiple countries.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a facilities management role. It's an opportunity to shape workplace strategy across an international organisation, partner with senior leaders, and make a tangible impact on employee wellbeing, safety, and engagement. You'll have the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements, implement best practices, and influence how workplace services are delivered across the EMEA region.

What's Involved?

  • Lead the delivery of Facilities Management services across the UK while providing strategic direction and support for EMEA locations.
  • Develop and implement an EMEA Facilities strategy that drives operational efficiency, consistency, and service excellence.
  • Oversee workplace operations including building maintenance, reception, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, service providers, and key business stakeholders.
  • Manage lease, sub-tenancy, and service charge matters across the property portfolio.
  • Act as the company's Health & Safety subject matter expert, ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture across all UK sites.
  • Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, training programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with regional facilities coordinators and local teams to deliver a consistent employee experience across EMEA.
  • Drive sustainability and energy management initiatives while identifying opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.

What You'll Bring

  • Significant Facilities Management experience within a multi-site organisation.
  • Proven Health & Safety experience supported by a recognised qualification such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
  • Strong project management, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences.
