This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex hiring challenges and uncovering niche talent across engineering, telecommunications, electronics, software, and other highly specialized technical domains. You will partner closely with hiring managers across the EMEA region, acting as a trusted advisor and helping to attract the people who will drive our future success.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and engineering positions across EMEA.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively identify hard-to-find talent in niche markets.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, market mapping, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide recruitment market insights.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and act as an ambassador of the Anritsu employer brand.
• Build trusted relationships with both candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and engaging recruitment journey.

Who We're Looking For

Curious, resilient, and engaging individual who genuinely enjoy the challenge of finding the "needle in the haystack." Person who understands that successful recruitment is built on persistence, credibility, and strong relationships. Someone feeling comfortable working independently, navigating complex searches, and learning about new technologies to identify the best talent.

• Proven experience in technical, engineering, or IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, particularly for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders in an international environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, organized, and stakeholder-focused approach.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Ability to work from Graz, with occasional travel across Europe.

Salary Range: EUR 50,000 – 70,000 gross annual OTE (On-Target Earnings = fixed + variable part). Salary ranges may vary depending on experience, qualifications, skills and locations.
