Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; preference for Healthcare/Hospital Administration.
• Experience in hospital billing or insurance billing preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process emergency patient bills accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, insurance/TPA teams, and patients regarding billing.
• Verify charges, payments, deposits, and insurance details.
• Handle discharge billing and ensure timely bill clearance.
• Maintain accurate billing records and follow hospital billing procedures.

Key Competencies:

• Knowledge of hospital/emergency billing and insurance/TPA processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
