  • Ability to work cooperatively with others, contribute to positive team relationships and engage respectfully with a diverse range of people.
  • Ability to contribute own expertise to achieve quality outcomes for the unit by being positive and flexible with day-to-day work changes, shifting priorities and periods of uncertainty.
  • Ability to understand and support the organisation's vision, mission and business objectives and can contribute to the development of plans, strategies and team goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt a principled approach and adhere to organisational values and the Code of Conduct, operate within the boundaries of organisational processes and legal/public policy constraints and have the ability to take personal responsibility for accurate completion of work and to seek guidance when required.

  • MEMO, EMLO or Psychological First Aid training (Desirable)

What we offer:

  • A permanent, full-time position with a monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)
  • Salary $83,324.29 - $96,497.25 per annum plus super (dependent on experience)
  • 26 weeks of paid parental leave - primary carer/4 weeks of paid parental leave - partner
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities, including health and well-being initiatives
  • Flexible arrangements including hybrid working that support personal well-being alongside professional commitments
