Job Summary: Metropolitan Methodist Hospital is recruiting skilled and dedicated emergency medicine physicians to join our collegial team in San Antonio, Texas. Qualified Candidates:

• Must be BC/BE in EM (MD or DO) and EM residency trained
• Possess strong communication skills
• Expertise in the evaluation and management of acute medical emergencies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and decision-making skills

Incentive/Position Details:

• 66,000 annual volume
• 40 bed ED
• 40 hours of daily physician coverage
• 60 hours of daily Advanced Practice Provider coverage ( 44 hours on weekends)
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Academic appointment available: Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine with the University of Texas San Antonio.
• 1099 position - up to 120 hours available
• Meditech EMR
