Rapid Response Restoration is a Los Angeles property restoration company handling fire damage, water damage, mold remediation, reconstruction, and contents services for insurance claims. When a family’s home burns, we’re the team that helps them get it back.

The role

We’re looking for someone to be the face of our company at fire scenes and in the fire service community. You’ll respond to residential and commercial fires around the clock, meet homeowners at one of the worst moments of their lives, and help them understand what comes next. You’ll also build long-term relationships with fire stations, property managers, and insurance professionals across LA County.

What you’ll do

• Monitor scanner and dispatch apps and respond quickly to active and recent fires
• Meet property owners on scene with professionalism and compassion, explain the restoration process, and sign up jobs
• Coordinate emergency board-up, tarping, and mitigation with our crews
• Build relationships with local fire stations through community involvement, station visits, and education
• Get the company on emergency services and board-up rotation lists where they exist
• Track leads and signed jobs in our CRM

Who we’re looking for

• Retired or former firefighters, fire academy grads, reserve or volunteer firefighters, and fire investigators are strongly preferred
• Restoration industry experience, especially as a fire chaser or business developer, is a big plus
• Knows LA County geography and is comfortable on fire scenes
• Calm, respectful, and trustworthy with people in crisis
• Available for nights, weekends, and on-call rotation
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record

Pay and benefits

• $60,000–$90,000/year base, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on every signed job
• Vehicle and gas allowance, company phone
• Health insurance, PTO, etc.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
