Emergency Response Team Supervisor (ERT)

• Lead and supervise ERT members during emergencies and drills.
• Develop and implement emergency response procedures and plans.
• Conduct regular safety drills, inspections, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Ensure ERT equipment and emergency facilities are properly maintained and ready for use.
• Coordinate with Safety, Security, Operations, and external emergency responders.
• Investigate incidents and prepare emergency response reports.
• Train ERT members in first aid, fire response, evacuation, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in emergency response, safety, or related operations.
• Relevant BOSH/OSH, First Aid, Fire Safety, or Emergency Response training is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of emergency response and workplace safety procedures.
