At WEM we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the diverse communities in which we live and work.

The ideal applicant will have a genuine passionate desire for safety in the workplace, a positive attitude, be motivated and committed to grow their own knowledge and skills as well as help the company to grow with them.

We also understand that some of these tasks may be new to you and to assist your onboarding, we have a very responsive & experienced team who can help you learn and achieve these skills.

With a wide client base, training is carried out in both regional areas & interstate. We know that emergency response isn’t a one size fits all.

Supported by a friendly & helpful back of house team based out of our head office in Castle Hill, you will be respected in return and given the responsibility to take ownership of your tasks, while offering job satisfaction and keeping our clients happy by meeting their specific needs.
