POSITION: Registered Nurse

Emergency Department

HOURS: Full-Time Night shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license in the State of Tennessee or compact state.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required or obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Complete a successful fit test for N95 respirator.
• Ability to maintain patience and to use tact in dealing with patients, visitors and fellow employees.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• At least one year of job experience in emergency department strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, stoop, bend, transfer, transport or re-position patients with assistance.
• Able to assess patients’ vital signs, condition, recognizing need for intervention.
