Emergency Room RN (Part-Time, Night Shift)

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and medication administration. It requires participating in activities that promote safety, quality, and compliance, as well as developing and documenting personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
