• Identify opportunities to increase business contribution through analysis of digital banking product and service usage trends.
• Manage digital banking customer portfolio analysis to generate insights on customer behavior, segmentation, and product usage trends.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and portfolio performance monitoring to support business decision-making.
• Support relevant teams by providing customer data analysis and insights for digital banking product development, programs, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer engagement teams to improve understanding of digital banking customer behavior.
• Lead a team in managing data analysis and developing insights on the digital banking customer portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and increasing customer value.
