What they need
- Experience with FHIR R4.
- Experience with HL7.
- Understanding of healthcare resources such as Patient, Practitioner, PractitionerRole, Organization, Observation, DiagnosticReport, ServiceRequest, and related resources.
- Experience integrating with EHRs, laboratory systems, or healthcare APIs is preferred.
- Understanding of PHI, healthcare data security interoperability requirements.
- Strong experience with Java.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot / Spring WebFlux.
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong experience with reactive programming.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with relational database design and SQL.
- Experience with asynchronous/event-driven architectures.
- Experience with AWS SQS and SNS.
- Experience with caching technologies such as Redis.
- Experience deploying applications to containers/Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS EKS.
- Strong understanding of API security.
- unit testing and CI/CD.
- Work effectively with frontend, QA, UX, product, and integration teams.
- Take responsibility for assigned features from development through testing and release.
- Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Good communication skills.
