What they need
Hard Skills
- GHG17, GHG21, CARB24 emissions testing and regulation
- Diesel powertrains Class 6 - 8
- Horiba, Semtech, and AVL PEMS Bench installation, commissioning, maintenance, test operations, and data post-processing
- Span Gas and Linearization validation and certification per 1065 protocols
- DAQ system integration and J1939 data resources (CANape preferred)
- Experience with AVL M.O.V.E PM PEMS, iS gaseous and FID testing and CONCERTO post-processing
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external engineering teams, UAW, and Data Analytics teams
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Work Site
- This is a fully on-site position in Detroit, Michigan.
