• Establish eMobility operations at different locations with various stakeholders.
• Build and manage local operations teams, including company and service-provider staff.
• Draft operational agreements and ensure KPI compliance.
• Lead operations, service, and charging activities through city managers to meet customer schedules.
• Manage outsourced activities and contracts.
• Provide cost inputs and assumptions for new business quotations.
• Create timelines and coordinate external teams to operationalize new facilities within target cost and schedule.
• Track project progress, escalate key issues, and support decision-making.
• Plan and execute customer trials to help win new business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve vehicle-level issues.
• Handle day-to-day customer interactions and operational governance.
• Define operational metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
