eMPF Service Executives

Job Responsibilities:

·       Support the eMPF all-related service processes with clients

·       Manage corporate business accounts and ad hoc business programs and activities

·       Provide information to clients involved on eMPF, ORSO and group benefits (e.g. Group Medical)

·       Educate client to adopt eMPF digital tools

·       Maximize client satisfaction through customer service, providing advice about added-value products and services when required

·       Perform services according to company rules and relevant regulatory requirements
