Employee Central Lead

Manage and lead a team of Success Factor Employee Central (EC) consultants to deliver high-quality solutions to clients, ensuring timely and within-budget project execution.

* Design, implement, and configure SAP Success Factor Employee Central modules, including employee data management, organizational management, and time-off management.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs, utilizing SAP Success Factor EC functionality and best practices.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and testing documents, to ensure knowledge transfer and system support.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement, to ensure system stability and performance.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with SAP Success Factor Employee Central implementation, including data migration, integration with other SAP modules, and security role configuration.

* Knowledge of SAP EC reporting and analytics, including SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Success Factor Workforce Analytics.

* Familiarity with SAP EC cloud platform, including cloud deployment models, cloud security, and cloud integration.

* Experience with team handling, including resource allocation, project planning, and performance management, to ensure successful project delivery.

* Certification in SAP Success Factor Employee Central or related SAP modules, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the technology and industry.
