Employee Engagement Manager

Job Purpose:

This role drives PAN India employee engagement and employee listening initiatives by leveraging sentiment insights to enhance workforce experience and organizational effectiveness. Working collaboratively with educational institutions, vendors, HRBPs, business leaders, and employees, the role ensures the successful delivery of engagement programs that align with business and people priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Engagement Design, plan, and track PAN India employee engagement initiatives, including birthdays, festival celebration and fun activities to enhance participation, morale, and workplace culture. Coordinate with the HRBPs, Marketing Team & Admin team to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Amber Manage and drive the organization's employee listening and sentiment analysis initiatives through the Amber (inFeedo) platform. Monitor and analyze Employee Experience (eNPS) scores, engagement metrics, sentiment trends, and feedback themes to identify areas of improvement. Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to address identified employee concerns, improve engagement scores, and enhance employee experience. Prepare periodic dashboards, reports, presentations, and leadership updates on employee sentiment, engagement drivers, and action plans. Identify recurring themes across functions, locations, tenure groups, and employee segments, and recommend targeted engagement interventions

• Budget Tracking & Planning Plan, track and manage the budget by preparing annual budget projections, consolidating expenses across for Engagement activities. Monitor monthly spend, ensure accurate documentation

• Vendor Management Manage external vendors for employee engagement and other HR initiatives. Coordinate vendor onboarding, commercial negotiations, purchase orders, invoice validation, payment processing, and SLA monitoring to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably MBA with 5yrs of experience in Employee Engagement
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
