Employee Experience Associate

• Supports employee engagement and experience initiatives across the organization.
• Assists in planning and implementing employee activities, programs, and events.
• Coordinates with different departments to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Gathers employee feedback and assists in analyzing engagement and satisfaction results.
• Supports internal communications and employee-related campaigns.
• Prepares reports, presentations, and other materials for employee experience programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
