The Role
As an Employee Lifecycle Associate, you will:
Deliver the administration for our end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, including Right to Work checks.
Be the first point of contact for advice on employee lifecycle queries, resolving them promptly or escalating where needed.
Support recruitment campaigns, events, assessment centres and departmental inductions.
Keep our people data accurate, confidential and up to date, from contractual records and PVG renewals to our HR/Payroll systems.
Why Join Kingdom Group?
At Kingdom Group, every role is about making a difference. Every role directly contributes to improving lives, supporting communities, and delivering positive outcomes for those who rely on us.
We are proud to hold Investors in People Gold and Investors in Young People Platinum accreditations, reflecting our long-standing commitment to development, wellbeing and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

A values-led culture rooted in being Customer-focused, Accountable, Respectful, Efficient and Supportive.
Ongoing investment in your professional development, with opportunities to grow your knowledge of HR, recruitment and employment legislation.
A flexible approach to working that supports wellbeing and personal commitments wherever the role allows.
A workplace committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, where every colleague is welcomed and valued.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Works accurately, with strong attention to detail, and can prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines.
Brings a positive, flexible and customer-focused approach, with an awareness of data protection principles.
Has an HNC-level qualification in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience, and experience in an administrative role.
Has some knowledge of recruitment practice, HR/Payroll systems and relevant employment legislation
We know great people don’t always tick every box. If you are organised, people-focused and keen to learn, we would love to hear from you.
