What they need
Assist to support employees, communicate decisions calmly, maintain a healthy work atmosphere.
Assist to execute employees training programs, staff events.
Gathers feedback/questions from employees.
Monitor team morale, help resolve workplace conflicts.
WFO: Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00 (1 hour break).
Requirements:
Male/Female
Experience as same field or assist managing employees.
Calm under pressure; (backgrounds in teaching, counseling, or complaint handling are highly preferred).
Min. Intermediate English
Microsoft Office
