Employee Relation Officer

What You'll Do:

• Manage the concept development, design, copywriting, publication, and monitoring of internal social media content.
• Develop visual materials and creative assets to support corporate branding and employer branding campaigns.
• Design various corporate visual materials, including backdrops, merchandise, posters, and digital assets.
• Handle photo and video documentation and editing for company activities and events.
• Create and develop short-form video content, visual materials, and communication materials to support internal programs.
• Develop visual concepts and manage and update the company website content.
• Manage corporate news, internal newsletters, and regular employee communications.
• Monitor and analyze content performance and conduct trend research to improve content engagement.
• Manage the visual asset library and handle ad-hoc design and communication requests from the Board of Directors (BOD) and related divisions.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication , Visual Communication Design, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience as Employee Relation, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or other equivalent design/editing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Content Management Systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
• Has experience in copywriting.
• Has experience in Internal and Corporate Communications.
• Has experience in Employer Branding and Corporate Branding.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, storytelling, and content planning skills.
