Employee Relation Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts

• Handle and investigate employee complaints and ER cases

• Provide guidance to employees and management regarding company policies and procedures

• Work closely with HRBP and business teams to resolve employee-related issues

• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of ER cases

• Support the implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives

• Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable Indonesian labor regulations

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations / HR

• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR practices

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Able to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
