- conduct and serious misconduct matters
- workplace grievances and complaints
- dispute resolution
- organisational change initiatives

- employee relations and case management experience
- confidence managing performance, conduct, grievance and workplace investigations
- excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- the ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice
- strong written communication skills, including preparation of reports, correspondence and recommendations
- experience interpreting enterprise agreements, workplace policies and employment legislation
- a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and sound professional judgement
Experience in higher education, government, healthcare or other large and complex organisations will be highly regarded, however candidates from diverse industry backgrounds with strong ER capability are encouraged to apply.
Why consider this opportunity?
- join a high-performing and genuinely supportive ER team
- work on varied and interesting workplace matters
- hybrid working arrangements
- opportunity to expand your experience in a large and complex environment
- potential for longer-term opportunities as organisational projects continue to evolve
