Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience Level: 3–5 years in employee relations or HR
• Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and people management abilities
• Qualities and Traits: High attention to detail and strong leadership development capabilities
• Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for some remote work flexibility
