ITCAN IS HIRING: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

Location: Midvalley KL

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Phycology, human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Employee Relations, HR, or a related function.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
• Support investigations and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee conduct.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of employee relations cases.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
