Employee Relations Coordinator

• Investigate and resolve employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, acting as a key point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Administer and explain employee benefits programs, addressing individual employee questions and concerns.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Role if for UAE nationals only

  • Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in HR in addition to High School or Diploma level
  • Candidate holding bachelor degree is not allowed to apply as per DGE grade 5 hiring criteria
  • Candidates holding Diploma degree without any experience are welcomed to apply (graduate trainee)
  • Diploma graduate trainees salary is 8,000
