Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a global insurance firm undergoing an exciting People transformation and are looking for an interim Employee Relations Manager to work with the wider HR team. This is a hands-on role focused on managing a UK and international ER caseload while helping streamline policies, processes and ways of working across a multi-region business.

The Role

• Manage a varied ER caseload across the UK and International offices
• Lead investigations including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and conduct matters.
• Provide practical ER advice to HR and senior stakeholders.
• Review and update HR policies in line with new employment legislation.
• Support the rollout of a shared services operating model.
• Identify opportunities to improve and simplify ER processes (e.g. PIPs and case handling).

Skills and Experience

• Strong Employee Relations experience with end-to-end case management within Financial Services or Professional Services
• Solid employment law knowledge (global exposure beneficial).
• Experience working in complex or international organisations.
• Pragmatic, hands-on and comfortable managing operational ER activity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
